To Get Your Discount
Pre-payment must be made 24 hours prior to your service to get your discount. You may not combine discounts. Once payment on a discount is made , that payment is final. You can pre-pay by using the following
Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard Credit Card
Cancellation / Refund Policy
1. A refund of a prepaid appointment is subject to a 5% surcharge for processing fees incurred by Sonshine.
2. Should you decide to cancel your order for any reason after our service personnel arrives at your home or business, you have
the option of (1) requesting a refund less a $50- $75 cancellation fee that Sonshine must charge to compensate our personnel
for the work and travel time completed for you, or (2) to have service performed equal to the value of your pre-payment
Disclosure
Prior to our arrival, it is the client's responsibility to prepare the window area by removing all plants, knick-knacks & small furniture away from the windows, opening curtains, drapes, blinds & shades as far as possible and, for any items that cannot be moved, covering them with a cloth, newspaper, etc. In addition, any floor area such as vinyl, hardwood or light-colored carpets that cannot withstand a few drops of water must be covered in front of the units being serviced. This way, our personnel can spend all of their professional time cleaning and taking care of your windows. If Sonshine employees need to move any furniture, blinds, drapes, knick-knacks, etc, due to the client's lack of preparation prior to job starting, Sonshine and its employees will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur during any normal preparations they may be left to perform.
